About Michele
Michele has 24 years of leadership and management experience in the public and private sectors both in the UK and Malaysia, bringing critical leadership and management insights with her. Having headed various departments in organisations such as the Asia School of Business, the Iclif Leadership and Governance Centre, UBS, HSBC, and CIMB, Michele has developed expertise in a wide variety of areas such as future of work, leadership, strategic thought, change management, human capital development, managing culture, performance management and more.
A future of work scholar, certified human capital strategist, instructional designer, international speaker and leadership trainer, she has also consulted, taught, facilitated and written on various topics including Future of Work Solutions, Change, Emotional Intelligence, Cultural Transformation, Wellbeing and Leadership Development. She has worked with organisations on business innovation, strategic alignment, culture and engagement initiatives, wellbeing policies, and talent and leadership programs and development and more. She is also a certified coach, psychotherapist, and EQ practitioner and has provided and leadership coaching support for clients ranging from the C-suites to young executives. Her audience hail from a wide range of industries such as Oil and Gas, Construction, Transportation, Finance, Telecommunication and SMEs and include the US Embassy, EPF, PNB, HSBC, Khazanah, Talentcorp, CIMB, Axiata, AirAsia, Hibiscus Petroleum, Petronas, ADA, Bank Negara, Indian Railways and many more.
Michele also has a BSc and a MSc from the London School of Economics, UK. She was also a Malaysian JPA, British High Commission and Citibank scholar winning various academic awards. She is currently pursuing her PHD in the Future of Work and Organisations & Leadership of the Future. In 2021, Michele was named one of the most successful people in Malaysia by the British Publishing House.

Michele has given multiple keynote speeches and facilitated many panels over the years on topics such as the future of work, DEI, professional development and well-being for events such as Managing Talent for the Future, Malaysian Women's Leadership, Future Workforce, International Women's Day, Leadership Energy and Sustainability, Future Forward Malaysia and many more.
She has spoken and been a panel moderator for various bodies and ministries such as the US Embassy, Talentcorp (a Malaysian Ministry that drives Talent Strategy), 30% Club (an Association that seeks to put women on boards), Malaysian Dutch Business Council, Thomas International, ICLIF and ASB.
She has facilitated sessions and trained board members and senior management teams for organizations all around the world such as Shell, Petronas, Prudential, Indian Railways, Thompson Life Sciences, Airasia, CIMB, HSBC and many more among others.
She has also travelled around the world running programs in Shanghai, Beijing, New Delhi, Bombay, Vietnam, Bali, London, Bangkok, Tokyo and many more cities on the topic of leadership with senior leadership. With her insight and experience, she is an expert in understanding the nuances of leadership and development.
Michele has also inspired and motivated students and children around the world. She has taught MBA students, Masters of Central Banking students as well as undergraduate students from around the world, teaching them topics on the future of work and leadership.
She has also visited and spoken to nursery, primary and secondary children from the slums of Delhi to the refugee schools in Malaysia, helping to set up schools and scholarships in the interior of Borneo as well as well asworked with neuroscientists and psychologists to create brain-development and leadership programs for children, winning the Malaysian Book of records for the largest mindmap in Malaysia. Her program reached more than 5000 children worldwide. She believes that we all have a role to play in shaping the future, most of all the next generation.
